Hello, all my D.A.R.K.lings!
I am so excited about the upcoming meeting. March will be the first time in 2019 where we are all face to face again!
After the BC ARES meeting on March 9 at 9 AM, we will commence with the D.A.R.K. meeting. We have SO much to go over and update. Now that we have some great people in the club, we can go about getting the special events set up for this year! I am crossing my fingers that the USACE will be a great resource and, dare I say, partner for our little special event club!
Remember that we are utilizing NetLogger until EchoLink is restored to the 925 if you are not in the repeater’s immediate area.
There has been some talk of D.A.R.K. hosting an HF net, since some of our members are scattered in other states sometimes. This is definitely on our list of topics for the upcoming meeting! Within the next few days, I will put out a meeting topic page and of course any members are welcome to add topics they want to discuss with the group!
